Delete From the App
The quickest way to delete your account is directly inside the Ragav app:
- Open the Ragav app and go to Settings
- Tap Data & Privacy
- Tap Delete My Account
- Confirm by entering your password or biometric
- Your account and all data will be permanently removed
Request Deletion Online
If you can't access the app, submit a deletion request here. We will verify your identity and process the request.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and credentials
- All symptom assessments and health check-in history
- Uploaded medical documents and lab results
- Family member profiles you created
- All AI conversation history
What May Be Retained
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain information as required by law:
- Transaction records required for tax or accounting compliance (up to 7 years)
- Information necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
- Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you
How Long Deletion Takes
In-App Deletion
Immediate. Background cleanup of backups completes within 30 days.
Online Request
Identity verified within 3 days. Full deletion within 7 business days after verification.
