3. AI Limitations
Ragav uses artificial intelligence to provide health information. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Always verify with a qualified healthcare professional before acting.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may:
- Use the Service for personal, non-commercial health information
- Create profiles for family members you are authorised to manage
- Export and share assessment summaries with healthcare providers
You may not:
- Use the Service as a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency care
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the AI models
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as a professional medical opinion
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate another person
- Access the Service through automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, AI models, trademarks, and design elements in Ragav are owned by Ragav Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You retain ownership of the personal data and health records you provide.
6. Availability and Changes
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or our account deletion page.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ragav Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
